PROMOTER
1. The “Promoters” are; Shepparton Marketplace, Tarneit Gardens Shopping Centre, Lara Village and Coltman Plaza, owned by Slim Lian – Metro Capital and managed by Knight Frank. The Shepparton Marketplace address is: 110 Benalla Road, Shepparton VIC 3630. The Tarneit Gardens Shopping Centre address is: 747 Tarneit Road, Tarneit, Victoria 3029. The Lara Village address is: 2-4 Waverley Road, Lara, Victoria 3212 and The Coltman Plaza address is: 6 Coltman Plaza, Lucas, Victoria, 3350.
2. Promotional Period: The ‘Win $5,000 Worth of Groceries’ promotion (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9.00am, Monday 10 November 2025 and conclude at 11.59pm, Friday 23 January 2026.
HOW TO ENTER
3. Make a spend of $30 or more at any retailer or $100 or more at any supermarket. Multiple spends are allowed to reach the minimum spend.
4. Scan the QR code on the in-centre collateral or visit the promotional page on the centre website and fill in all requested details.
5. Take a photo of your receipt(s) and upload to the entry page. If multiple spends were made, take one photo of all receipts. Ensure that the full receipt is visible and retain your receipts as proof of purchase.
PRIZE AND DRAW
6. The one major prize across all centres is $5,000 worth of Woolworths or Coles gift cards, drawn once at the end of the promotional period.
7. The minor prizes for each centre are; Shepparton Marketplace $1,000 worth of gift cards, Tarneit Gardens $1000 worth of gift cards, Lara Village $1000 worth of gift cards, each drawn at the end of the promotion period.
8. Total prize pool is $9,000.
9. The prize winners will be drawn at random by Centre Management or an appointed third party on Tuesday 27 January 2026.
10. The winners will be contacted by email or phone within 2 business days.
11. If despite every reasonable effort the winner cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place 2 weeks after the first draw takes place.
12. The Woolworths/Coles gift cards will be sent via email or SMS. The minor prize gift cards will be dispatched as follows; Shepparton Marketplace Gift Cards must be collected from the Centre Management office between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Tarneit Gardens Shopping Centre, Lara Village and Coltman Plaza will be delivered via post.
13. The prizes are set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
14. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by the Promotor and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
15. The following receipts are not valid receipts for the purpose of the Promotion: (a) receipt(s) from non-participating retailers (b) receipts from click and collect or online deliveries; (c) receipt(s) recording bill payments and prescription medicine, (d) receipts recording Layby payments except where a Layby is finalised and payment completed during the Promotion Period; (e) receipts recording redemption of gift card purchases, store credit, refunds and exchanges; (f) ATM receipts (g) receipts from Tabacco and liquor sales and (h) receipts that the Promoter has reasonably determined to have been tampered with or have been obtained fraudulently or are a reprint of the original receipts. The same purchase receipt can only be submitted once in the Promotion.
16. Entry is open to Victorian residents only.
17. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of Shepparton Marketplace, Tarneit Gardens Shopping Centre, Lara Village and Coltman Plaza and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
18. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
20. The Major Prize Winner will be published on the Shepparton Marketplace, Tarneit Gardens Shopping Centre, Lara Village and Coltman Plaza Facebook and Instagram page.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
22. If all or any part of the term and condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.

23. By entering this competition, you are subscribing to the Shepparton Marketplace, Tarneit Gardens Shopping Centre, Lara Village or Coltman Plaza database and agree to receive event, sale and promotional information. You will be able to opt-out at any time.
